MUN stands for Model United Nations, which is a simulation of an actual United Nations conference, where students act as delegates of different countries and agencies, and debate on global issues.  MUN is a popular activity for students who are interested in learning more about how the UN operates, and how to solve complex problems through diplomacy and negotiation.It helps students develop leadership skills, research skills, writing skills, public speaking skills, and problem-solving skills.
