Think Globally, Clean Locally – Coastal Cleanup Activity
As a part of DFC, Shree Niketan Patasala in association with EFI had volunteered a beach cleanup on 2nd October 2018 at Pattinapakkam promenade beach in order to create awareness among the beach lovers and the residents about our hon’ble Prime Minister NarendraModi’s #swacchhbharath campaign and the need for cleanliness which was ardently followed by Mahatma Gandhiji which added more meaning to Gandhi Jayanthi. With a total of 500 Kg of trash, the clean-up ended with a happy feeling that we had a part in making the world a better place and further reinforce the notion to never litter.
