Behtar India Campaign

The students of Shree Niketan collected Newspapers of 34376.8 kgs and used that for Behtar India campaign where the collected newspapers were recycled and the money was used to buy Dengue prevention kits for the poor & needy. Also, we have saved 2022 trees from being cut down, reduced the usage of 3819.6 barrels of oil , prevented the release of 1,273 kgs of air pollutants, saved 81 cubic feet of landfill space , and 8,25,043 litres of water. Grateful to our students, staff and parents for helping us make a big difference in our environment.

As a result, Shree Niketan Patasala bagged the silver trophy for collecting 35398 kgs of recyclable waste.
